We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Online Programs)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Since these are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot process cancellations or refunds once access is granted.
2. Courses & Memberships

Refunds for coaching programs, courses, or memberships will only be issued if specifically stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

If eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of damage may be required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, downloadable resources, and promotional/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
5. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
