3. Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days (U.S.)

• International shipping: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

• Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or external factors beyond our control.

 

4. Digital Products

• Digital items (eBooks, workbooks, online courses) are delivered instantly via email or direct download after purchase. No shipping fees apply.

 

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• The DivineAligned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or resolution.
